Bookings and Cancellations
 

We understand life happens – but because our schedules are carefully planned, we have a few guidelines:

• Less than 24 hours’ notice to cancel a 50% cancellation fee applies.

• If our team can’t get into your home, we’ll wait 15 minutes after arrival and try to contact you.

If we can’t reach you, the clean will be cancelled, and a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

We’ll always try to reschedule you if something pops up, but it’s subject to availability.

If we ever need to cancel, we’ll offer you the next available time slot.

Photos and Social Media
 

We respect your privacy no personal items or documents will ever be photographed. But we may take before & after shots of cleaned areas for advertising, insurance, or in case of damage disputes. By booking, you give us permission to use these photos.

Risks and Sickness
 

Let us know about any hazards before we arrive. If anyone in your home is sick, please reschedule — and we’ll do the same if our team is unwell. Safety first for everyone!

Our team will not clean anything that could put us at risk  such  as black mould, shattered glass, bodily fluids ect if we have not been made aware of this prior to the clean we will avoid the area or cancel the clean if necessary & you will still be charged a cancellation fee.

Insurance
 

We’re a fully insured small business – so you can relax knowing your home and our team are covered while we work our magic.

Payment
 

Invoices are due on the day of your clean (unless we’ve agreed otherwise). If payment isn’t made before your next booking, we’ll need to pause future cleans until things are squared up.

Please note, a full copy of our terms and conditions will be sent to you upon booking with us - by booking in, you agree to all terms & conditions listed.
